3pm - 4pm Writing a winning Allied Health Sciences application

What is the difference between Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy? How do you decide which of the different Allied Health courses to study? Why is Podiatry becoming an increasingly important subject in an ageing society such as Singapore, and why has the University of Southampton trained a third of Singapore's Podiatrists? These are some of the questions that our talk will be answering. There will also be an overview and top tips for how to write a winning Personal Statement when applying to study Allied Health Science courses in the UK.

The personal statement presentation will be followed by a short Allied Health taster lecture, followed by an opportunity to ask questions.

Mr Keith McCormick is a Lecturer in Podiatry at the University of Southampton, Health Sciences. He will be joined by Health Sciences colleagues Professor Cathy Bowen and William Edwards.
